Enterprise Certification Application Process
Enterprise Certification Cooperation
Both parties communicate for business details and
1. More than 3 TIBA-certified professional butlers or TIBA-operated direct-managed projects 2. Having implemented a butler service system for more than 3-6 monthsEnterprise Certification Process
1. TIBA and the enterprise jointly establish a certification group (at least 2 people from the certified enterprise for dedicated liaisons) 2. Comprehensive service evaluation (service team/ service product/ service case, etc., can be submitted online) 3. The certified enterprise selects more than 3 butlers to participate in TIBA's star-rated butler course training 4. The certified enterprise's butlers undergo written examination/ interview evaluation 5. After the butler evaluation is passed, the enterprise submits a membership certification application (submitted offline) 6. After passing the comprehensive review, it is officially registered as a member enterprise
Certification Ceremony
